**Job Role - Purchase Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of electrical materials and equipment.
- Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate terms with vendors.

**2.** **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assess vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Regularly update the approved vendor list.

3. **Technical Review**:

- Understand technical specifications and ensure purchased items comply with project requirements.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to align procurement with technical needs.

**4.** **Cost Management**:

- Monitor procurement budgets and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Analyze market trends to forecast material costs.

**5.** **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.

**6. Logistics Coordination**:

- Oversee the timely delivery of materials to project sites or warehouses.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **electrical components, materials, and equipment.**:

- **Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.**:

- Understanding of project management and budgeting principles.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.**:

- **Experience**: 1-4 years of experience in purchasing **electrical materials or similar roles**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
