Reporting To : Marketing Manager

**Profile Summary**:
The Field Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing campaigns, source leads, and drive business growth. This role involves active fieldwork, including prospecting, networking, and client engagement, to generate new project opportunities for the company.

**Roles and Responsibilities of Field Marketing Executive**:

- Assist in prospecting property developers, construction companies, and real estate firms within the Chennai area to identify potential leads and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and department heads to execute marketing activities aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct field visits to promoters and actively source new projects for the company, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Engage with banks, loan agencies, and home finance companies to gather information on potential projects and leads.
- Participate in marketing events, association meetings, and expos to expand the company's network and identify new business opportunities.
- Support client relationship management through regular communication, follow-up, and assistance in presentations or meetings as needed.
- Assist in the timely follow-up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into projects.
- Contribute to market research efforts by gathering data and insights to identify new project opportunities and market trends.
- Assist in implementing lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, and direct outreach.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at the construction engineering sector to raise awareness and generate interest among target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
