**Job Description : Field Marketing Executive (Female)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Female Field Marketing Executive** with an MBA in Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing field-based marketing campaigns to promote our products and services while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, identifying potential markets, and driving business growth through direct customer interactions, market research, and on-ground promotional activities.
Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing events, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring the effective distribution of marketing materials. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies seamlessly and provide valuable market insights to refine campaigns. This role requires regular travel, active engagement with customers, and a proactive approach to meeting targets while representing the company in a professional and approachable manner.
**Key Skill Sets**:

- Must have completed an MBA in Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Excellent presentation and event management abilities.
