**Job Summary**: The Quantity Surveyor will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This position involves cost planning, estimation, budget management, and ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contracts.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the design and build industry.
- Knowledge of project management and contract administration.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
