**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
- Participate in kitchen team meetings and contribute ideas for menu development and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of vegetarian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary certification or equivalent training.
- Experience in a vegetarian or vegan kitchen.
- Creativity and willingness to contribute to menu development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
