**Job Title**: Special Educator

**Location**: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

**Department**: Special Education / Inclusive Learning

**Reports To**: Principal / Program Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled **Special Educator** to teach and support children with intellectual, developmental, and learning disabilities. The role involves designing and delivering individualized education plans, fostering social and emotional growth, and helping students achieve their maximum potential in a supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)** tailored to each child’s needs.
- Teach academic, behavioral, social, and life skills to children with special needs.
- Use **special teaching methods and tools** (visual aids, activity-based learning, therapy techniques, etc.).
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other staff to support holistic child development.
- Maintain progress records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to parents.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Conduct small-group and one-on-one sessions for better engagement.
- Stay updated on best practices in special education and participate in training/workshops.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education** (RCI approved).
- Registration with the **Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)** - preferred/mandatory.
- Experience in teaching children with intellectual disabilities, autism, or learning difficulties.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to design creative, student-centered teaching strategies.

**Work Conditions**:
