Inside Sales Representative

**JOB BRIEF: - **We are looking for talented and competitive inside Sales Representatives who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.
An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of call per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and sharing the leads with sales team members.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: -**
✔ Communicating with customers
✔ Making outbound call to potential customers
✔ Generate cross sell and upsell leads from existing set of customers
✔ Developing new leads
✔ Creating and maintaining customer database
✔ Understanding customer needs
✔ Explaining product features and benefits
**EDUCATION**
✔ **Minimum Education: - **Graduate
**EXPERIENCE: -**
✔ Minimum2+ years of experience required in Sales.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong listening skills.
✔ Strong sales and cold calling skills.
✔ Strong presentation skills
✔ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹229,304.83 - ₹382,408.52 per year
