**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Administrative support knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Microfocus APM 9.51 (HP BSM).
- Ability to create and support of Vugen Scripting. (Web HTTP/HTML, Citrix, Rest API protocol)
- Administration knowledge of Operating systems preferred Windows.
- Good Knowledge of Incident and Problem management process
- Good in reporting and smart enough to understand the client requirement
- Experience to work on ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of cloud services and terminology, agile methodology will be an added advantage
- Ability to take responsibility and initiative to investigate and resolve the technical issues.
- Ability to handle and communicate progress about the critical issue or ongoing activity.
- Should have good interpersonal skills to work with multiple supporting team as well as client.
- Knowledge / experience of handling CSI (Continual Service Improvement) Plans.
- Creative, problem solving and time management skills
- Mentoring and Team handling.
- Client handling skills.
- Should be skilled to handle internal projects.
- Experience in handling multi vendor environment and working with client directly

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
