Sales Executive - School Channel

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential schools in the designated territory.
2. Build relationships with school administrators, sports directors, and other stakeholders.
3. Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored sports infrastructure solutions to schools.
4. Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and convert them into sales.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the education sector.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or selling to schools.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Strong understanding of the education sector, including current trends and challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
