We are **International Earthmovers, an Authorized Dealer of Tata Hitachi**, specializing in the sales, service, and genuine spare parts of heavy construction machinery, including excavators, backhoe loaders, and wheel loaders. We focus on providing end-to-end solutions to our customers and building strong trust in our brand across West Bengal.

**Role Description**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for machinery, services, and spare parts in the dealership territory.
- Manage social media marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and digital promotions.
- Coordinate with teams for local promotional activities and events.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and feedback to suggest new marketing strategies.
- Design and develop engaging marketing materials, posts, and creatives.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
- Experience**:Freshers** required
- Education**:Graduation** in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic to moderate in **MS Office** (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & WhatsApp marketing.
- Creative mindset with design skills (Photoshop/Canva or similar tools).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, confident, proactive, and positive attitude.
