**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Take drink and food orders accurately and serve them in a timely fashion.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and drink menu.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their drinks and services, addressing any concerns promptly.

**2. Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of classic cocktails, popular drink recipes, and trends.
- Ensure proper presentation of drinks, including garnishes, glassware, and temperature.
- Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age.

**3. Bar Maintenance**:

- Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Clean bar tools and equipment, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
- Handle bar inventory and restock items when necessary.

**4. Cash Handling**:

- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Provide change and receipts to customers as needed.
- Maintain cash register accuracy and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

**5. Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and behavior, ensuring a safe and responsible environment.
- Handle difficult or intoxicated customers in a calm and professional manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards for food and beverage handling.

**6. Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and staff to provide seamless service.
- Assist with training new bartenders or staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen or waitstaff to coordinate customer orders and deliver great service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude and work well under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bartender certification or mixology training.
- Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Basic knowledge of wine and food pairings.

**Work Conditions**:

- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment with the potential for long hours on feet.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
