Assistant Bartender

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for creating and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and ready to provide exceptional service to guests. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality service while maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Take beverage orders and prepare them according to customers' preferences or standard recipes.
- Suggest drink and food pairings, recommend menu items, and provide information about promotions and specials.

**2. Drink Preparation**:

- Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes, or customized orders.
- Ensure correct preparation and presentation of beverages in a timely manner.
- Check the identification of customers to verify the legal age for alcohol consumption.

**3. Bar Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Replenish bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, and garnishes as needed.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders for inventory as required.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Ensure the bar area meets health and safety standards.

**4. Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and prevent overconsumption.
- Handle intoxicated or disruptive customers professionally and in accordance with company policies.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new bartenders and staff on procedures and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**6. Preferred Skills**:

- Bartender certification or mixology training (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
