Position - Customer Care Officer

Location - Pune (On site)

Experience Required - 0 to 2 Years

Qualification - Any Bachelor's Degree.

**Roles and Responsibilities;**
- Interact with customer to receive complaints.
- Maintaining daily MIS reports like FCR, service status, pending installation etc.
- Maintaining soft copy of repair file which sends to our CG and also follow up with NSC team for repairs
- Support the Service Head in allocating calls to service team members
- Online Assistance to HPCL/BPCL Engineers
- Mail communication for adding sim, Create a new account and check update for new order
- Support Service head in assigning calls to service team members
- Follow up on payment from customer for spot billing
- Helping Service Head in creating monthly Excel based reports as per format.
- Checking the Branch Uptime Monitor
- Mail communication for service call given to another branch
- Maintaining the performance report f POC is going on
- Mail communication and bill submission for recovery part for HPCL and BPCL
- Also handling the logistics/courier part for Pune branch, to make the Declaration to send material through courier
- Maintain the stock of Branch interact with other branch CCO / Service head for our branch installation and to attend critical vehicle

**Skills Required**:

- MS -Office / Excel required
- Client Coordination
- Service Coordination
- Good communication
- Customer / Complaints Handling
- Payment followup.
- Escalation Management.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
