Overview:
Key Responsibilities

Account Management:
Maintain and update hotel profiles across OTAs.

Ensure accurate descriptions, amenities, and images.

Resolve account-related issues promptly.

Inventory and Pricing:
Manage room rates and availability to maximize revenue.

Implement dynamic pricing based on market trends.

Monitor promotions and offers to boost bookings.

Guest Interaction:
Respond to guest queries, complaints, and reviews.

Resolve service issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Performance Analysis:
Analyze booking trends and revenue data.

Prepare OTA performance reports with improvement suggestions.

Monitor competitors and adjust strategies.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with reservations and front office to avoid overbooking.

Work with marketing for special promotions.

Compliance:
Adhere to OTA policies and guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes


Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing OTA platforms, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in OTA extranets and channel management systems (e.g., Booking, MakeMyTrip).

Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
