Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:

- Having USA international experience and being ready to work in the Night shift
- Checking availability of stock and incoming stock date (inventory)
- Enrolling customers on the program for special pricing and discount
- Request product virtual for pre-sales to the art team
- Assigning details for no-stock orders
- Checking and tracking of Order Status
- Providing order status and details to customers
- Create invoice or total price list of items as per customer request
- Answer questions via live chat regarding inventory, pricing, product information, tracking, quote, etc.
- Create pricing breaks
- Uploading and searching account information (address, contacts, etc.)
- Create freight quotes with the cooperation of the Freight team

Must be detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency using MS WORD, and EXCEL.
- Detailed-oriented
- The ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma/ Certificate
- Background in Sales
- Experience supporting employee sales staff and non-employee sales representatives

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 3 to 5 Years
- Salary-Best in Market
- Working days 5 days in week
- Working time-US timing

- India (Work from home or work from Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- US shift
