**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, including content creation, optimization, and maintenance across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on e-commerce performance, trends, and key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., including seller central operations, listing optimization, and advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
