**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Account Management**:

- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and handle out-of-stock situations.
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- **Order Processing and Customer Service**:

- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback ratings.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales performance and key metrics using Amazon Seller Central.
- Generate regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory status.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
- **Advertising and Marketing**:

- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Implement and manage promotions, deals, and coupons.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure all products and practices comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on Amazon’s policy changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Keep abreast of e-commerce trends and emerging technologies.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience managing an Amazon seller account or similar e-commerce role.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and a solid understanding of Amazon’s algorithms and SEO.
- Experience with Amazon PPC and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Helium Software

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for enhanced product listing.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
