We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Junior Officer, you will play a key role in canvassing and sourcing new customers, driving revenue through cross-selling products, and building strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in business development, customer relations, and financial services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Canvass and source new customers to expand our gold loan business.
- Generate revenue by cross-selling products such as debentures, insurance products, tour packages, and more.
- Actively participate in various marketing activities to promote our services and attract potential customers.
- Conduct gold appraisal to determine loan eligibility and ensure accurate valuation.
- Collect interest payments from customers and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Customer Relationship and Follow-up, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 0-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/NBFC industry. Freshers can apply.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly gold loans.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
