- Making outbound calls & receiving customer calls.
- Ensuring that all processes are followed for all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Maintaining reports and ensuring compliance with defined processes.
- Ensuring all-round customer satisfaction and relationship.

**Skills**:

- Excellent PC skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain knowledge of the company’s products and procedures.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year in outbound contact centre.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any stream.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
