Telesales Executive - Domestic Process

Position Overview
We are hiring for a Telesales Executive - Domestic Process who will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, promoting products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and lead generation.
Explain products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer experience.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and persuasive with good negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
