Job Title: Telesales Executive Loan Sales

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 years (Loan Sales / Telesales)

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Industry Preference: Banking / NBFC / BPO (Loan Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loans / business loans.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion into successful loan applications.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure daily productivity targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Loan Sales / Telesales is mandatory.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and customer needs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools.

Salary: Up to 20,000 per month (based on experience)
