Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon, Haryana

Company: Soft Hear Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and
    generate leads for hearing aid consultations
    or clinic visits.
  • Explain
    products, services, and promotional offers
    clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the
    Sales and Clinic teams
    to schedule patient appointments.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Handle incoming inquiries professionally and provide prompt information.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    2-3 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (healthcare or retail sector preferred).
  • Education:
    Minimum Graduate or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English).
  • Confident and persuasive phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
