**Job Title: Aftersales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale has been completed.
- Manage and follow up on customer service issues, complaints, or warranty claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and parts departments to deliver a seamless aftersales experience.
- Maintain records of service interactions, repairs, and customer feedback.
- Promote and upsell service contracts, extended warranties, and accessories.
- Monitor service performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and warranty procedures.
- Prepare and present aftersales reports to management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and initiate improvement actions based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in aftersales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and service software is a plus.
- Technical knowledge relevant to the product/service offered is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
