Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce and sell our services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales team about customer needs and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build rapport.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- **Education**: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Language**: Fluency in English.
