**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, resolve customer concerns, and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
- Document customer interactions, update customer records, and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Stay proactive in following up with potential leads and existing customers to drive repeat sales and foster long-term relationships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the sales and customer service processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Results-driven with a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in [specific industry or product knowledge] is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
