Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language (must be fluent in English/Arabic) used in the workplace.
- Must be able convert/close the business inquiries.
- Must possess good guest interaction skills, sound decision making power, good interpersonal and communication skills, etc.
- Overseeing VIP guests, arrivalsand departures.
- Welcome guests during check-inand giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Able to check reservationsand complete their pre-registration formalities.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
