**Job Summary**

The Marketing and Social Media Planner is responsible for developing **strategic marketing plans**, setting clear **goals and performance targets**, and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms. This role combines **strategic thinking** with **hands-on planning**, ensuring all marketing and social media activities align with the company’s business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and content plans.
- Plan and oversee content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports.
- Manage paid advertising and budget allocations to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in marketing and social media management.
- Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹11,281.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
