**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts & Finance**:

- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliation statements
- Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and coordinate with the CA
- Manage vendor payments, follow up on receivables, and maintain petty cash

**Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee daily office operations and inventory management
- Maintain records for employee attendance and leave
- Assist in HR admin tasks such as document handling and onboarding
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and event planning

**Customer Handling & Relations**:

- Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and promptly
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach
- Negotiate with vendors and clients when required
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure a positive client experience through every touchpoint

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Confident, approachable, and team-oriented personality

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts/admin/customer service roles
- Experience in the travel or service industry is a plus
