We are looking for an enthusiastic male / female video anchor to join our team and participate in anchoring our content-based real estate videos for our YouTube Channel and social media accounts. You will have to work only once or twice a week and will be paid on per day basis.

As a video anchor, you will work closely with us and will be responsible for gathering information, memorising scripts, hosting real estate walk-through videos.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with the company partners to be briefed on upcoming videos.
- Revise scripts and prepare to deliver them during shoots
- Engage in commentary
- Introduce various aspects of a property
- Keep abreast of real estate news developments

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a video anchor
- Understanding of the anchoring and hosting process
- Comfortable yet professional presence on camera
- Ability to improvise in a live on-camera setting
- Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a flexible schedule

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
