
Real Estate Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership & Management**:
- Supervise, mentor, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assign sales territories, set individual sales goals, and track performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline management.
- **Client Relations**:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and closings as needed.
- **Training & Development**:
- Onboard and train new sales agents on company policies, CRM tools, and best practices.
- Continuously develop team members through coaching and professional development.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any Stream
- Proven experience (1+ years) in real estate sales or property management.
- Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
