Festival Programming Assistant

Help the Festival Team in doing the Programming for the event
- Coordinating with the authors
- Scheduling & queuing the sessions for all the authors
- You will be required to stay in touch with authors/ presenters, etc, answer their queries - Prepare the Passport particulars list for visa
- Will be required to make Cues and session information sharing with authors
- Assist the festival team with the planning and preparation of Projects.
- Assisting in On ground festival execution
- Responsible for festival related research and preparing presentations
- Maintain the work reports and delivery status of projects.
- Tracking the production work and regular coordination with the producers/line producers maintaining the production report.
- Develops and maintains internal project schedules based on timelines given to him / her by the person in charge
- Coordinate flow of work within or between departments to ensure smooth flow of process of work and artists allocated.
- Creation of various MIS reports, initiation of quality process improvement, people management, issues & conflict management."
