A Executive Customer Experience is a person who is responsible for providing the best customer experience by addressing customer queries and building relations with customers.
- Min. 2+ year of experience in a similar role
- Primary communication language should be Hindi. Knowledge of other languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil) would be an advantage.

**Location**: Noida

**Shift**: Rotational day shift and 1 weekly off

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (Flexible based on qualification and

interview)

**A typical day would involve**:

- Handling all customer-related communication.
- Keeping customers engaged and happy.
- Coordinating with the internal team for customer-queries.
- Maintain process and procedure documents for this role.
- Develop technical skills, functional knowledge and domain knowledge to grow in this role.
- Escalate customer queries within stipulated time and provide resolution as directed by the seniors.
- Collect and maintain customer data.
- Interactively collecting testimonials and feedback from customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to provide a resolution within stipulated time.
- Disseminate customer feedback to the relevant dept. for action.
- Coordinating with accounts dept. for refund processing.
- Coordinating with the inventory team for order/ product related queries.
- Tracking shipments and coordinating with courier partners for timely delivery to customers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
