The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints to improve services and products.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement and trends.
- Provide training and guidance to other employees on how to improve customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric approach and passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the team. - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,772.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
