**Job Summary**:

- We are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a relationship executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives..

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls from Clients and Carers ensuring service is delivered within the required timeframes and to SHC standards of customer service
- Ensure that a full understanding of the client's needs are obtained and used as a key driver to the matching of careers
- Ensure matching of careers to clients to match the needs of the client and arrangement of introductions
- Understand and deliver your KPI's and SLA's specific
- Ensure that there is accurate handover to your CRE colleagues as required, maintaining a seamless transition so service delivery remains efficient and streamlined
- Maximise on every opportunity ensuring the client/carer receives outstanding service
- Ensure all system records are up to date and accurate

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1+ years direct, relevant, and recent experience in customer relationship mid-level professionals & managers preferred.
- Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently..
