1. Conduct detailed assessment of clients and develop treatment plans.

2.Monitoring and evaluating patient's progress

3. Formulating OT reports and documentation

4. Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs in order to provide clients with best treatment program

5. Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care and environmental modifications

6. Maintain periodic communication with parents or caregivers to discuss monthly progress and goal planning.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
