Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs and goals of pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific challenges and enhance their overall functioning.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions using evidence-based occupational therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress at home.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in pediatric development.
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
- Knowledge of various pediatric conditions and disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
