Medical Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our rehabilitation equipment business. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our innovative range of rehabilitation equipment to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other relevant healthcare institutions.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives for rehabilitation equipment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and market trends.
Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for the assigned territory or region.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
**Relationship Building**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and physicians, to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with key decision-makers within healthcare institutions to understand their requirements and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
Develop and nurture relationships with distributors and resellers to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and clinical benefits of our rehabilitation equipment.
Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
**Sales Management**:Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
**Training and Support**:Train and educate healthcare professionals and distributor representatives on the proper use and benefits of our rehabilitation equipment.
Provide post-sales support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns, technical queries, or issues that arise.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
