**Job Description**:
Monitor the process: Oversee the entire customer service process and standardize how the organization delivers customer service.

Resolve issues: Respond to customer issues, provide clear instructions to resolve them, and reroute calls to other departments when needed.

Create policies: Develop procedures and policies for effective customer service.

Communicate with customers: Answer customer correspondence, relay product information, and establish a positive rapport them.

Conduct Surveys: Write reports based on customer feedback and satisfaction statistics.

**Requirements**:
Should be fluent in Malayalam language
Minimum HSC pass.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
