Role Overview

As the CTO, you will lead the company's technology strategy, focusing on modernizing operations and expanding into the e-commerce space. Your leadership will drive the adoption of industrial technologies, streamline manufacturing processes, and establish a robust IT infrastructure to support both production and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, emphasizing industrial operations and e-commerce expansion.

Oversee the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, IoT, and data-driven inventory management.

Drive the implementation of ERP systems tailored to manufacturing needs.

E-Commerce Development:
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the technology framework for the upcoming e-commerce platform.

Integrate digital tools for inventory tracking, order management, and customer analytics to enhance the online customer experience.

System Integration & Optimization:
Integrate technology solutions into existing operations to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure interoperability between manufacturing systems and e-commerce platforms.

Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house IT and technology team.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Establish robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard both manufacturing and e-commerce systems.

Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and data protection standards.

Vendor & Partner Management:
Collaborate with external technology partners, software vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Evaluate and select technology solutions that best fit the company's needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the jewelry industry.

Proven track record of implementing ERP systems, automation, and IoT technologies in jewelry manufacturing settings.

Experience in setting up and scaling e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.

Deep understanding of jewelry manufacturing operations, process optimization, and supply chain technologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
