**Position Description**:

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Prepare print/press-ready files based on supplied specifications from external vendors and/or in-house print facilities
- Output various formats of artwork as needed, ensuring production-readiness and resolving any artwork issues that arise in process
- Communicate directly with business partners on project requirements and timing
- Research and catalog stock photos for use on current and future projects
- Archive and organize work according to our internal file structure and project-tracking database.
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise, working alongside the Branding Production team, design team, internal print team, or external vendors
- Collaborate closely with the design team and global business partners
- 2-3 years’ experience in a digital and print production role; previous experience within an agency or publishing environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high English proficiency
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or related field
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage work across multiple projects simultaneously, spanning varying deadlines
- Positive attitude with sense of urgency, professional accountability, and time management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Superb people skills and ability to interact with colleagues in global and/or cross-functional teams
- A web or print portfolio showcasing professional work example s
- Dependable high-speed internet at home for hybrid work schedule

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Experience formatting and preparing graphics for PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the printing process and working with and commercial print vendors
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Web design/development experience also is a plus
- Comfortable working in a PC/Windows environment
