- **Influencer & Partnership Marketing**:

- Identify and engage with health and wellness influencers to amplify Finnovate’s messaging.
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns with partners, ensuring alignment with Finnovate’s branding.
- **Digital Content Management**:

- Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand posts.
- Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions on social platforms to build community engagement.
- **Brand Building & Awareness**:

- Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with Finnovate’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Assist in developing campaigns to increase awareness of Finnovate’s services among target audiences.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design, content, and events teams to execute campaigns and events smoothly.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral, event setups, or promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools for basic design tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
