As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts to promote our properties, engage with clients, and enhance our brand presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, develop creative content, and drive lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Campaigns:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and services.
- Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and signage.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engage with followers.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts, including property listings, community events, and industry news.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Content Creation:

- Assist in the production of multimedia content such as videos, virtual tours, and photography.
- Events and Promotions:

- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and property tours.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, signage, and promotional materials.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Market Research:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
