**Job Title**:Research Associate

**Location**:Mumbai, India

**Reporting Manager**: Team Lead

**Role Summary**:
Deliver customized research outputs that provide relevant and current information and insight to support strategic and tactical decision making across business functions and industries/sectors.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Secondary Research**
- Handling complex market research requests (multiple industry and/or multiple topics with requested information only available through a combination of major market research sources), industry associations, individual contacts, etc.
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Ensure deliverables are completed within given TAT and adhere to a high standard of quality
- Liaise extensively with clients to validate or clarify requirements, deadlines and sources of information
- To work closely with the team/client in assisting them to find specific information related to company, Contacts or industry from various sources
- Working on requests finding contacts for various regions using sources such as LinkedIn, Company Website, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, and other google sources
- Craft effective search strategies/best practices/templates and gather relevant information based on client projects

- Good presentation skills
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including weekend shifts)

- Adhere to client leave policy and business etiquette

**Required Skills/Abilities**:2-3 years of relevant experience with Research and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)

**Education and Experience**:Graduate or equivalent preferred
