Research and Consulting Team

Positions: Presentation / Graphics Specialist (multiple openings)

- Axience is seeking talented professionals with 2–8 years of relevant experience to join our PowerPoint Presentation and Production team at our Mumbai office

oPresentation Specialist

oSenior Presentation Specialist (Team Lead)

- Location: Mumbai (India) (fully work from office)
- Key Requirements:

oStrong presentation design skills, with proven experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or teams in leading consulting firms

oGraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics, or production

oAbility to deliver high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-compliant presentations under tight deadlines

Core Responsibilities

- Detailed responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
- Design and develop high-quality presentation templates from scratch, incorporating brand guidelines and visual best practices
- Translate handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into polished, visually appealing slides using creativity and attention to detail
- Format raw presentations to align with standard client templates and brand requirements
- Independently manage projects end-to-end, including direct client interactions, with minimal supervision
- Apply a self-quality control process to ensure error-free deliverables
- Train, guide, and monitor the work of junior production and core delivery team members
- Support internal initiatives by creating marketing collaterals such as company presentations, sales pitches, brochures, flyers, and event invites
- Interact with clients and effectively manage and supervise teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Desired Academic and Professional Background

- Graduate or postgraduate with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics and production areas
- Prior experience of supporting M&A teams of large global / investment banks (or their captive / offshore centers), consulting firms, reputable corporates is a must for senior positions while it is desirable for junior level positions

oCandidates who have supported similar clients in other KPOs would also be considered

- Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

oFamiliarity with other designing tools such as CorelDraw, InDesign, etc. as well as advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, etc.) is desirable
