This mix allows our staff to have arguably better learning and growth opportunities than our peersPositions: Presentation / Graphics Specialist (multiple openings)Axience is seeking talented professionals with 2–8 years of relevant experience to join our PowerPoint Presentation and Production team at our Mumbai officeOpenings available for:oPresentation SpecialistoSenior Presentation Specialist (Team Lead)Location: Mumbai (India) (fully work from office)Key Requirements:oStrong presentation design skills, with proven experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or teams in leading consulting firmsoGraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics, or productionoAbility to deliver high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-compliant presentations under tight deadlinesCore ResponsibilitiesDetailed responsibilities may include (but not limited to):Design and develop high-quality presentation templates from scratch, incorporating brand guidelines and visual best practicesTranslate handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into polished, visually appealing slides using creativity and attention to detailFormat raw presentations to align with standard client templates and brand requirementsIndependently manage projects end-to-end, including direct client interactions, with minimal supervisionApply a self-quality control process to ensure error-free deliverablesTrain, guide, and monitor the work of junior production and core delivery team membersSupport internal initiatives by creating marketing collaterals such as company presentations, sales pitches, brochures, flyers, and event invitesInteract with clients and effectively manage and supervise teams to meet deadlines and quality standardsDesired Academic and Professional BackgroundGraduate or postgraduate with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics and production areasPrior experience of supporting M&A teams of large global / investment banks (or their captive / offshore centers), consulting firms, reputable corporates is a must for senior positions while it is desirable for junior level positionsoCandidates who have supported similar clients in other KPOs would also be consideredProficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Illustrator / PhotoshopoFamiliarity with other designing tools such as CorelDraw, InDesign, etc. as well as advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, etc.) is desirable
