Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Trivandrum

Timing: 10 am to 10 pm

Experience: 1 to 2 years in Customer Care (Food Industry)

**Salary**: Rs.15,200 + food and accommodation with statutory benefits

**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.
- Comfortable with phone calling to get things done
- Customer-orientated and Customer Complaint and Issue resolution experience.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel and Google sheets skills should be good at handling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work and a Responsible attitude is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Any Degree
- Good Communication Skills
- Preferred Proficiency in Multiple Languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
