**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate across departments to streamline production processes and schedules.
- Manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Optimize resource allocation for enhanced productivity.
- **Sales Backend Coordination**:

- Support the sales team by coordinating backend activities.
- Assist in managing client accounts and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns for performance optimization.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication to address operational and marketing challenges promptly.
- **Quick Thinking and Problem-solving**:

- Adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions to address challenges.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational and marketing issues.
- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking production and marketing metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh MBA/BBA graduates are preferred.
- Strong fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for operations management and marketing coordination.
