Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.

**Responsibility as an IT Executive**:

- Knowledge of using security gadgets like CCTV, Access Control, ANPR systems etc. Using latest technology in enhancing system at site.
- Managing daily reporting of the cameras functioning/non-functioning site-wise situated in England.
- Troubleshooting the network issues remotely and liaising with service team in UK with regular updates.
- Checking static IPs, 4G/5G M2M SIMs data consumption.
- Knowledge of virtual machines for configure and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Have good knowledge and experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS office tools.
- Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, IP Addresses, routers, VPN.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and networking concept.
- Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of corporate users.
- Good problem solving and communication skills Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) Requirements and skills
- Bachelor degree in IT field.
- Good logical ability & time management skills.
- Smart approach towards incident management.
- The ability to communicate with overseas clients and problem-solving ability by using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex, Zoho etc. Benefits of working with IPA Indus Parking Services as an IT Executive;

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
