Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BMC submission drawings as per regulatory guidelines.
- Develop detailed interior finish drawings, including flooring, ceiling, elevations, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project goals.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback and site requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong understanding of municipal bylaws and submission processes (especially BMC).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- Prior experience with interior fit-out projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
