Architectural Draftsperson

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years' experience, particularly in BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) drafting and interior finish drawings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing working drawings, submission plans, and detailed interior drawings with accuracy and compliance to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BMC submission drawings as per regulatory guidelines.

• Develop detailed interior finish drawings, including flooring, ceiling, elevations, and joinery details.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project goals.

• Modify and update drawings based on feedback and site requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.

• Strong understanding of municipal bylaws and submission processes (especially BMC).

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with interior fit-out projects.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
